2. Max. T-Line Back Pressure: approx. 30 % increased [16→21 MPa (2320 →3050 PSI)]
3. Max. Flow Rate: approx. 60 % increased [63→100 L/min (16.64 →26.42 U.S.GPM)]

• Low Pressure Drop

  The DSG-01 valves from Yuken offer improved performance over existing lines. Specifically, the pressure drop of these valves is reduced by 10% from 1.0 to 0.9 MPa (145 to 131 PSI), resulting in significant energy savings. This reduction in pressure drop is demonstrated in comparison to our existing lines at a flow rate of 60 L/min (15.9 U.S.GPM) and with a spool type of 3C2 (P→A). As a result of their superior performance and energy-saving capabilities, the DSG-01 valves are an excellent choice for hydraulic systems in a range of applications.

• Compact & Small Mass

  Despite their ability to handle high pressure and high flow while maintaining low pressure drop, these valve bodies feature DC double solenoids and are compact and lightweight. Yuken has reduced the overall length and mass of the valves from 210 to 205mm (8.26 to 8.07 inches) and from 2.2 to 1.85 kg (4.85 to 4.08 lbs), respectively. The reduction in size and weight makes these valves an excellent choice for applications where space is limited or weight is a concern.
